Sanbi.ai, LLC provides AI visibility audits and digital infrastructure analysis. By submitting a domain name, you authorize us to use that domain to generate synthetic search queries and prompts sent to third-party Artificial Intelligence models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) to analyze your brand’s visibility and compare it against competitors.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Due to the volatile, “black box,” and ever-changing nature of third-party AI models (LLMs), Sanbi.ai, LLC cannot guarantee specific rankings, mentions, or sentiment scores. Our services provide insights based on current best practices for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), but final output is controlled by third-party algorithms outside our control.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The Sanbi.ai website, code, logos, and proprietary audit methodologies are owned by Sanbi.ai, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you submit. You grant us a license to use your domain name and email solely to provide the Service to you.

5. User Accounts & Security

We operate a password-less login system. We do not collect or store passwords. Access to your account is granted via your email address (e.g., magic links or verification codes).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account used to access the Service. Sanbi.ai, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your email account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanbi.ai, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
